Yuting Zhou

I’m Yuting Zhou from Chengdu, China, and currently studying Public Relations with a minor in Economics at Emerson College in Boston.

My interest in communication grew from a curiosity about how opinions are shaped through messaging. Over time, I became drawn to strategic communication and crisis management, fascinated by how brands respond under pressure and stories influence public perception.

At Emerson, I’ve had the chance to apply what I’ve learned through real client projects. These projects allowed me to sharpen my writing and strategic thinking in practical ways.

Outside the classroom, I’m also interested in psychology, political philosophy and photography and drama. I served as a photojournalist for The Berkeley Beacon and co-produced three Chinese dramas.

Though I’m still early in my journey, I’m excited to share the work I’ve done—and even more excited for what’s ahead.
